Shipping

The shipment is entrusted to the carrier within 48 hours from the moment of purchase. The carrier will deliver within 3 business days following the shipping date (Monday to Friday). Islands and hard-to-reach locations may require 1 or 2 additional days depending on the area.

You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched; this email will include the tracking number(s) so you can monitor the shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Important: To facilitate delivery, when placing your order please include in the Notes the name displayed on the intercom if different from the name on the order, any apartment number (e.g., apt. 5, building B), or any other information that can help avoid delivery issues.

If the carrier is unable to meet the delivery times, we will promptly inform you via email.

Regarding products damaged during transport, all responsibility lies with the express courier that handled the delivery. Please sign “subject to inspection” if you notice the package is damaged or opened.

In case of failure to collect the goods or failed delivery due to reasons not attributable to Onequity S.r.l. or the carrier, the shipping and return costs of the purchased products will be borne by the customer.
