Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
Our policy allows a 30-day period for returns. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer any refund or exchange.
The customer must send a return request to eshop@millefiorimilano.com.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Gift cards are excluded from returns.
For the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via email. Please do not send back your purchase without prior communication from us.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied as a credit to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted (4 to 5 business days).

Return shipping costs (€4.90) are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
