The UFI code is mandatory on the label of all products that:
Contain mixtures classified as hazardous (e.g., flammable, irritating to the skin or eyes, etc.)
Are intended for the end consumer, such as home fragrances, sprays, refills, or liquid diffusers
Are placed on the market in an EU Member State
Therefore, you will find the UFI code on the label of Millefiori Milanproducts subject to notification requirements.

SHIPPING
What are the delivery times?
Your order is handed over to the courier within 48 hours of purchase.
For Italy, delivery takes place within 3 working days from the shipment date (Monday to Friday). For Europe, islands, and remote areas, an additional 2–3 working days may be required, depending on the location.
How will I be notified once my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
This email will include the tracking details of your parcel so you can monitor the shipment directly on the courier’s website.
Important: To help the courier during delivery, please indicate in the Order Notes the name displayed on the doorbell if it differs from the one used for the order, as well as any additional details such as interior number (e.g., int. 5, scala B) or anything else that may prevent delivery issues.
If the courier is unable to meet the expected delivery timeframe, you will be promptly informed by email.
What happens if orders are damaged during transport?
Regarding the handling of products damaged during transport, all responsibility lies with the Express courier that managed the delivery.

What happens in case of failure to collect the goods or failed delivery?
In the event of failure to collect the goods or failed delivery due to circumstances not attributable to Millefiori Milano or the courier, the shipping and return costs of the purchased products are charged to the Customer.

Which taxes/duties are applied?

What is the CCV/CVC code?

How can I request an invoice?
If you wish to request an invoice for your order, you need to select the “Request Invoice” option before checkout and then enter all the required information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What does your return policy include?
Our policy allows a 30-day return period. If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer any refund or exchange.
The Customer must send a return request to support@millefiorimilano.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Gift cards are excluded from returns.
For the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent via email. Please do not send back your purchase without our prior communication.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
The shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility (depending on the courier you choose) and are non-refundable (if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included).

Then contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time for the refund to be formally recorded (4 to 5 business days).
